All activity under your account

We are not liable for any unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your credentials.

4. Fees and Payment

Pricing will be disclosed in writing or via service agreements
Payment is due as per the invoicing terms
Late payments may incur additional fees or suspension of services

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, frameworks, and technology provided are owned or licensed by Arcas Digital LLC. You may not:

You retain rights to any data or content you provide.

6. Confidentiality

We agree to keep your business and technical information confidential and expect you to do the same with ours. This clause survives the termination of the agreement.

That services will be uninterrupted or error-free
Specific results from AI tools or automation flows

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, revenue, or data
Any claim exceeding the amount paid by you in the past 3 months
