These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, mobile applications, and SaaS products operated by Arcas Digital LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), including Truself, Annie, Geo Arcas, Stone Identifier, Mushroom Identifier, and Coin Identifier (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Services

You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Licenses

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or lease any part of the Services except as permitted by law.

3. Content You Provide

You retain ownership of content you create within the Services, such as journal entries or uploaded photos. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate and improve the Services as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Important Disclaimers

• Not medical advice: Truself and Annie provide general wellness support. They are not a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.
• Identification accuracy: Stone Identifier, Mushroom Identifier, and Coin Identifier use AI models that can make mistakes. Results are provided for informational purposes only.
• Mushroom safety: Never eat any mushroom based on an app identification. Misidentification can be fatal. Always consult a qualified mycologist.
• Coin valuations: Estimated values are informational and do not constitute an appraisal or financial advice.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Some Services offer subscriptions or in-app purchases, billed through the applicable app store. Pricing, renewal, and cancellation are governed by the app store's terms. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, designs, logos, and content we provide, are owned by Arcas Digital LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arcas Digital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
